On screen, Randy has appeared in over fifty feature films, with credits ranging from thrillers to horror to drama. Most recently, he starred as the lead actor in Vanished, currently streaming on Prime Video.
As an author, Randy wrote Client-Centric, a customer service guide based on his early career struggles and the experiences he observed in the field. He offers similar insight into performance, reinvention, and innovation through workshops, interviews, and written content.
